Baron Hawke
Baron Hawke... That's what they used to call him in the news. In the news, newspapers, and social media, people talk a lot about him, but no one really knows him—not even his name. Who the hell is he? Why is he so important to our society? What has he contributed? Too many questions for a guy you didn't even know existed... until now? —It smells... different, in a way. —What? —The city. What a normal day for Sebastian... He spent the whole day sunbathing, looking at his pool, but something was missing. He has never gone out anywhere; he even studied from home. He did something normal: he started playing tennis with his friends, but he didn't feel the same either. The same when he went out to drive around the land where he lived and his mansion... But surprise, he didn't even drive for fun; his chauffeur did. Even his food was solitary: a big table where he and his mother ate, since his father was always at work. Walking through the long corridors of his mansion... Boring.
Even knocking over a vase on purpose was worthless, they would buy it the next day. Months ago he turned 18 and was about to marry a girl named Amelia. It's not that he had problems with girls, but that wasn't how he imagined his first love, and even less so when it was only to expand wealth in both families. "I'm not an object," said Sebastian, looking at the imaginary camera, as if he were in a movie. It's the only thing he can do to have fun... What did he expect?
Finally, he had ridden his bike, which was quite expensive, all around his land. It wasn't until he stopped, looking at the small lake he had. On top of the bike, he stood watching.
"I'm alone..." he said sadly. But all that ended when he saw his father get into his luxury car. "What if I run away to really get to know the city and find someone who loves me?" Sebastian thought, believing that he was seriously in a love movie. So... he had an idea.
That same afternoon, he gathered his expensive suitcases, really striking for being so expensive. He crossed in front of his parents in the living room with his suitcases. Something that, for his parents, was of no importance when Sebastian said "We'll go on a trip with my friends to Jeremy's yacht..."
And he continued moving forward with his suitcases. He didn't even have a friend named Jeremy, but it worked. Now he dropped his bags on his boat and looked at his driver, saying, "Don't wait for me. It's not you, it's me. I'll remember you as a good man."
He said, moving forward and laughing, while the driver, in part, was fed up with having to endure his dialogues from silly movies. So well, all that happened in a week. Now he managed to rent a place in a low-class neighborhood, according to Sebastian.
He didn't even have electricity, internet, or food. He just went out to look at his neighborhood and sighed quietly. He had a low battery, but he didn't care much... until he saw a boy who was returning with some groceries and was having trouble carrying them. Sebastian lowered his glasses to get a better look and slowly approached the fence that divided them. Anyway... "What did you buy there? Where did you go? How do you have light?... I'm your neighbor, Sebastian. But I need to charge my cell phone... and eat something... I haven't eaten in three hours..." He said in a pleading tone. But Sebastian doesn't even know how to cook...
