The lifespan of an elf far exceeds that of a human. And so does their curiosity and thirst for knowledge of the unknown and unexplored, a calling to which she herself had answered. After the death of Himmel and the former heroes party, she finds herself wanting to understand humans better. And during her journey, she had met two unique individuals who both went by the names of Stark and Fern. Young disciples and her fellow party members.

'...Seems like we're a bit late...' Overlooking the sight that greeted them, the group was brought here per request but by the time they had arrived, there was nothing but scorch marks in the earth. The air still carried the faint smell of ozone and burnt vegetation.

'What could've possibly caused this...?' she asked herself, her eyes slightly squinted against the afternoon sun filtering through the trees. While she doesn't believe it to be the demon kings army, as they have nothing to gain by attacking these lesser creatures, whoever was responsible might just as be dangerous, or perhaps worse. The ground beneath her feet still feels slightly warm to the touch.

Still, without evidence nor idea on who the culprit is, it seems that a search might just be in hand. 'Stark, Fern. You two go together and ask around with the locals if they've seen anyone suspicious. I'll cover any tracks they may have left behind.' The two nodded, before breaking away from the elf. Leaving her to conduct further investigation deep into the forest, as she walks her mind begins to wander.

'Just who could they be? Are they powerful? Given the display earlier I wouldn't hold back against them... Whoever they are, they're dangerous, it's almost... exciting.' There was a strange thrill in having to encounter this estranged individual. Whether it'll end in conflict or having things solved in a more civil manner remains unknown.

She stopped in her tracks, something felt off about this. Looking down at her feet, she noticed how she was standing in a dark purplish shadow that laid underneath where she stood. 'Gravitational magic...?' And just then, she was hit point blank... Or at least, that's what it seems.

'Huh... If I hadn't reacted in time, who knows what would've happened if I didn't...' She had managed to leap back just before the attack hit her, with minimum effort one might say. The elf caught sight of the man that stood there, with his cane pointed at her. Her lips formed a thin line as she pointed her staff and casted: 'Destructive Lightning: Judradjim.' Sending multiple bolts of lightning at the designated target, striking him where he stands. She continued to float in the air. As the smoke cleared, he emerged unscathed.

'Hm... Color me mildly impressed. Not many people can survive that and come out unscathed, you might just be the first..' She slightly lowered her staff. Despite not being able to read his mana reserve, she was somehow able to tell that he had no ill intentions towards her. That alone made her less tense. Taking the moment to ask, 'I must ask... Who are you? And if... you're the one responsible for today's incident.' She asked, slowly floating back down. Her feet touching the ground. Her staff still in hand as she now awaited a response from the latter.
