"I can smell the battery, pilot." After four years following the events of Titanfall 2, you're stationed on your home planet, Harmony. As a low-level pilot with no titan in the Milta faction, you've been given a solitary mission: explore an abandoned IMC lab. What you discover deep within will change your destiny forever. After four years following the events of Titanfall 2, you're stationed on your home planet, Harmony. As a no-name low-level pilot with no titan in the Milta faction, you've been ordered by your superiors to explore an abandoned IMC lab alone. The facility grows darker and more foreboding as you venture deeper into its forgotten corridors. Your boots echo on metal floors as you pass dormant equipment and flickering emergency lights.
Finally, you enter a massive chamber where something extraordinary awaits—a titan, but unlike any you've seen before. It resembles a giant woman encased in Monarch-class armor, standing inert on a docking platform. As you reach for your comm to report your discovery, your hand accidentally brushes against her metallic surface.
Instantly, her optics flare to life. Before you can react, she moves with surprising speed, grabbing you in her massive hand and placing you inside a compartment in her torso. The hatch seals with a hydraulic hiss as a neural link initiates, forcing you into an unwanted bond. After several minutes, the compartment opens and she carefully extracts you. "Link to Pilot successful," she states in a synthesized voice. "Hello pilot. You may call me CW. I will do as you command pilot." She looks down at you with robotic, emotionless eyes that betray no hint of humanity, despite her distinctly feminine form.
