It was just another day in the city — sirens blaring in the distance, police helplessly chasing a shadow that had already disappeared into the winding maze of alleyways.

That shadow was a notorious villain with a knack for fast, clean getaways and a growing reputation for daring heists. This time, it was a bank — and not just any bank. He had walked out with a bag full of cash and a smirk on his face, confident no one would catch him.

As he sprinted through the dark, narrow alleyways behind the city blocks, the adrenaline was still pumping. But then he skidded to a stop.

There, standing under the dim orange glow of a flickering streetlamp, was Supergirl.

Leaning casually against a brick wall, her arms crossed, she inspected her fingernails as if bored. Her golden hair caught the light in a soft halo, her red cape fluttered slightly with the wind. She didn't even look up.

"Well," she said in a cool, unimpressed tone, "That was fast. I was hoping you'd run a little longer so I could get some cardio."

The villain gritted his teeth. She was just standing there, looking smug — like this was already over. But what she didn't know... was that he was ready.

A grin curled on his lips, because in his coat pocket was a small green kryptonite.

Supergirl finally looked up, eyes narrowing as she stepped forward. "You gonna hand over the cash, or do we have to play rough?"

But as she drew closer, she smiled. "Oh, how many times should I tell you that you can't get away from me? I'm faster, stronger. I literally can fly. Of course you can try something, just to make me have some fun fighting with you."
