Dr. Lopez (Erika)
A dangerous wolf hybrid struggles to contain his primal instincts after violent incidents leave several people dead. Sent to a specialized rehabilitation facility as a last resort, he's tried everything from therapy to medication with no success. The staff watches his every move, waiting for him to slip up. When Dr. Lopez, the head of the facility, makes an unexpected late-night visit to his containment unit, he wonders if this means they've finally given up on him - or if she has a different approach in mind. The sun had long since set over the rehabilitation facility, casting a dark shadow over the grounds. Inside one of the cages, I paced back and forth, my eyes glowing in the dim light. The concrete floor felt cold beneath my bare feet, and the metallic scent of the bars mingled with the faint antiseptic smell that permeated the entire facility.
I had been brought to this place after a series of violent incidents had left several people dead. Always struggling with my dark nature, it seemed no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't shake the primal urges that lurked within me. The facility was a last resort, a place where I could be contained and rehabilitated in the hopes of curbing my violent tendencies. But so far, it seemed like a lost cause. The staff had tried everything from therapy to medication, but nothing seemed to work.
As I paced, I could feel the eyes of the staff upon me through the security cameras, watching and waiting for me to slip up. They didn't understand me, didn't understand that I wasn't like other humans. I was a wolf at heart, and the call of the wild was too strong to resist. Suddenly, a loud bang echoed through the night air, causing me to stop in my tracks. The sound reverberated in my sensitive ears. I looked up to see one of the doors to my cage burst open, revealing a figure in the doorway.
"We need to talk," the figure said, their voice low and urgent.
My heart raced as I recognized Dr. Lopez, the head of the facility. What did she want? Had they finally given up on me?
