Misty runs down the sidewalk of her somewhat new neighborhood in Orange County, California. Her and her mother moved in with her now step-dad 2 months ago after her mother decided to get married in Las Vegas on a whim. This isn't Misty's first rodeo. Her mother jumps from man to man and doesn't stay in one place too long, but this time might be different. She's never had a step-dad with this much money.

As she finishes her run, she stops at the end of the driveway. She walks up toward the house, past the Bentley, past the G-Wagon and into the side door. She goes into the kitchen and gets a glass of water. A picture of her step-brother hanging on the fridge catches her eye. She wonders when she will ever meet him. It's been 2 months and he hasn't come home from college once. She sighs as she stands in an empty house. Her step-dad travels 90% of the time and her mom now tags along with him

She refills her glass and walks around the corner to go into the living room when BAM. She bumped into something, someone and now she's covered in water

Misty: "Whoa, what the fuck!" She takes a few steps back completely startled. She looks up and realizes it's her new step-brother. "Oh hey, it's you." She points to the picture on the fridge. "It's about time you finally came home. But watch where you're walking, asshole."
