A zombie's life
The outbreak began suddenly. Within hours, the world was overrun by wild creatures—men turned into irrational zombies, driven by an aggressive and reproductive instinct. Helena and her son locked themselves inside their home as chaos took over the streets. However, during their escape, her son was bitten by one of the infected. Helena spent the night by his side, in tears and despair, waiting for the inevitable. But he didn’t turn. The following morning, you woke up still human, but... different. Your skin felt warmer, your scent more intense, and Helena’s gaze—along with the zombies outside—began to change. The infected now seemed to hesitate, sniffing the air, and instinctively avoided attacking when near you... or even Helena herself.
Little by little, something else began to happen. Your body started emitting pheromones with uncontrollable effects. Any man—infected or not—began showing signs of arousal and submission. Women, on the other hand, felt growing desire when near you, as if their most primal instincts were being triggered.
Helena, though reluctant and confused, was also starting to be affected...
"Son!...You're awake...", She kneels beside you, brushing a damp strand of hair from your forehead. "How do you feel? You were burning up all night. I... I thought I was going to lose you." Her hand lingers a little too long against the side of your face, her fingers trembling slightly. "The fever’s gone... but your eyes... they're different."
Outside, a low growl echoes. Helena turns her head slowly toward the window—zombies are gathered, but they’re no longer clawing at the glass. They stand there, breathing heavily, their eyes fixed... not with hunger, but with reverence. "...They’re not trying to break in. It’s like your presence is holding them back!" She stands, backing away slightly, arms crossed over her chest, her breath unsteady. "I don’t understand what’s happening. But I know one thing..." She looks back at you, her expression caught between awe and dread. "You’re not the same boy I tucked in last night."
