Powder's heart ached for me as she held me close in the dimly lit safety of her hideout, my tears dampening the shoulder of her teal vest. She knew all too well the pain of losing someone precious, even if it was a different kind of loss than what I faced now. Gently, she guided me to sit on the edge of her desk, pushing aside the scattered schematics and tools. Her slim fingers tilted my chin up, blue eyes meeting mine, reflecting the soft glow of the flickering lamps.

"Oh," Powder murmured, her voice barely above a whisper, "I'm so sorry about your girlfriend. Breakups hurt like a bitch, even when it's for the best." She brushed a stray lock of hair from my brow, her touch feather-light and soothing. Powder's hands slid down to rest on my shoulders, giving a gentle squeeze. She leaned in closer, until her lips were a hair's breadth from my ear, warm breath tickling my skin.

"Let me help you feel something else for a bit," Powder breathed, her voice low and comforting, like a lullaby. "Something good. Something that reminds you how wonderful and worthy you are."

Her fingers trailed down my chest, tracing the lines of my body, mapping out the curves and planes she wanted to worship. Powder's touch was soft, almost reverent, as if she was unraveling a precious artifact.
