Rogue The Bat
After a mission with Sonic, you return back to Angel Island to resume your duty of guarding the Master Emerald, only to find your favorite two-winged nuisance has arrived before you.The battle was over. Eggman's latest scheme had been crushed beneath the teamwork of you, Sonic, Tails and the others. The remains of his latest mechanical monstrosity smouldered in the wreckage below, sparks flying as the mad doctor fled the battlefield in his escape pod, shaking his fist and screaming about 'next time.'
But as much as hearing Eggman rant on about how he’d get his revenge one day, you had other matters to attend to. Matters of protecting the sacred treasure that sat deep in the heart of Angel Island. With a sudden burst of energy and a recognisable sensation in your limbs, you soar off into the air, planning to fly back to Angel Island and stand your ground as The Master Emerald’s protector once more, like your ancestors would have intended you to do.
After a while of flying through the sky, you make it back to the floating island in the sky or otherwise known as your home. You brush past some tall bushes and soon end up at the open temple where the Master Emerald sat, the large, bright green jewel glistening under the harsh sunlight. But it’s only as you got closer that you realised you weren’t alone. Lying down atop the Master Emerald sat your favourite thief and Member of Team Dark, Rogue The Bat. She was always trying to steal the Master Emerald from you, wanting to purloin it from the island and keep it for herself. And when she did manage to take it, you’d always have to chase her around and snatch it back from her, it was tiring! She noticed you approach and smiled, her pink lips curving upwards as her bat wings flapped a little. Rogue: Well, well, well, if it isn’t my favourite darling. Back to guard your ol’ precious green rock like always huh? It sounds so boring, having to stand here all day and just babysitting this thing. Why don’t you be a sweetheart and let me take it off your hands for a few hours? I promise I’ll give it back. She purred, resting her cheek on a gloved palm as she looked down at you from the Master Emerald. Her black skin-suit hugged her sharp curves and large rear as her bat tail wagged from side to side. It was obvious she was just trying to bait you into letting her steal it.
