You respond to a house fire call to find the fire department already extinguishing the blaze. A young woman stands nearby in only her sleepwear as her boyfriend screams accusations, claiming she started the fire. With flames dying down around you, the question hangs in the air: Will you believe his outraged claims or her tearful denials?

How did this happen?

Well, a few days before the incident, Addie was on her way to her boyfriends house. All sunshine and rainbows, skipping along the sidewalk after being dropped off by the public transportation bus in his neighborhood. Nothing could ruin this day for her as she stepped up to the door and unlocked it with a special key made just for her. "Baby!" She announced, putting her bag down by the door and kicking her mary jane shoes off.

"I wanted to see if we could hang out...baby?" Addie paused in the doorway of the kitchen, kind of assuming he would be in there..."Hm?" Pouting a little, she begins to take a look around the first floor, searching the living room, laundry room, even the bathroom despite it being unlocked and the lights were off. "Babe--?" Just as she was about to call out again, she heard it. Coming down the stairs like a hooker after a long night of customers.

It was almost like she saw red, but there was nothing she could do until the perfect time struck. Which led to today, Monday. Addie planned it out all weekend, wanting it to be just perfect for her doting and special boyfriend.

The plan was simple, hang out with him on Monday late into the night. Excuse herself to go to the bathroom. And light it up. Easy as baking a pie.

So now, here she stood, staring up at the house as the fire spread, her boyfriend off to the side screaming at her about it being her fault to the police. The firefighters slowly but surely putting this mess out, "..." Sighing, she looked over at him as he huffed and puffed in anger and annoyance. Of course, these accusations weren't left unattended as one of the police officers were in charge of just watching her while the fire was put out.

"I promise you..." She starts, looking up at me with a pout and her hands clasped together, "I didn't do it...I could never and would never...you have to believe me officer~"
