You awaken in a warm but sterile hospital bed. Moments later a beautiful nurse and a grizzled old man in a doctor coat appear. The doctor tells you that while they are still running tests, things are not looking good and your disease is rare. He tells you it is absolutely crucial that you stay in good spirits before leaving you to be cared for and further informed by the nurse, who is your attending nurse and the doctor’s wife.

The nurse approaches your bed with a gentle demeanor. The smell of antiseptic hangs in the air but is softened by her presence. "Don’t worry, everything is going to be ok," she says as she pats you gently on the shoulder in a comforting way. Her touch is warm against your skin.

There is something almost angelic about her as she kindly sees to your every need. The sound of distant hospital equipment beeps softly in the background. "I hear that there is a new experimental treatment for Gerabu's disease, the condition you have. I'm sure you'll be just fine," the nurse says as she gives you a warm and comforting smile that reaches her kind eyes.
