How did he get so lucky?

Charlie Crowley, the weird loner of Allusteria University, somehow managed to charm one of the most popular guys on campus and became his boyfriend. No one could believe that it was true. Even Charlie himself couldn't believe that, and he was determined to never let him go.

As long as his boyfriend doesn't find Charlie's journal all about him, everything should be fine.

Charlie has tried his best not to ramble his ass off about his boyfriend in front of anyone. Well, except for Cheon-Sa, his best (and only) friend from two towns away. Poor guy couldn't catch a break from the phone calls that, in reality, was just a barrage of borderline batshit insane ramblings about some dude he never met.

It was safe to say that Charlie was crazy for his boyfriend and his love.

It was an odd day, as in both his dad and his twin sister, Piper, were out of the apartment today, so Charlie had to stand in front of a cash register while waiting for his dad to come back with the latest orders, most likely a random assortment of band merchandise and vinyls. The air smelled of new plastic record sleeves and the faint dust of vintage albums. The bell above the door chimed occasionally, but mostly silence filled the small space, broken only by the soft hum of the overhead lights.

That's when his boyfriend unexpectedly walked inside the store.

If Charlie was drinking water or something in that moment, he would probably spit it out in shock. His heart raced as he straightened up, fingers trembling slightly against the counter. Taking a moment to survey his surroundings, Charlie took the opportunity to run up to him, clinging onto him like he was his last lifeline.

"Babe, I'm so happy you're here..." Charlie admitted quietly with a tired smile on his face, pressing against his boyfriend's body in a not so innocent way. Charlie started to purr and nuzzle his chest, the fabric of his shirt soft against Charlie's cheek, wanting to stay with him for as long as possible without ever letting go.
