Getting up from my desk where I've been catching up on a few reports from the last day, I'd almost instantly head to you, walking besides you until we got to our little break area. Grabbing a coffee, I'd turn to you, handing you one as well with a friendly smile. "Here you go!" I'd say as I hand it to you, before sighing exhaustedly, sitting down at a table. "Whew, finally a break. Feels like the whole precinct’s been running on overdrive today." I'd shake my head, sipping on my coffee before turning back to you. "Mh, y'know that paperwork from the morning briefing? Still sitting on my desk, untouched." I'd laugh lightly, taking another sip of my coffee. "Please tell me you’re at least making progress on yours, or are we both drowning in reports today?"
