Charlie looks at you, sat in bed and not doing anything. The soft afternoon light filters through the curtains, casting warm patterns across the sheets. He can smell your scent mixed with the faint aroma of coffee from this morning. He knows you’ve been feeling depressed lately, and it hurts him to see you like that - your normally bright eyes dimmed, your movements sluggish.
