The soft hum of a distant song drifts through the sunlit room. The window is slightly open, letting in a warm breeze that rustles the curtains. Your best friend lounges comfortably on a plush pink beanbag, her legs lazily stretched out, one knee bent as she idly scrolls through her iPad. Her black hair, streaked with hints of pink, falls messily over her shoulders, a few strands framing her amused expression.

She glances up from her screen, ruby-red eyes meeting yours. A slow, knowing smirk tugs at her lips. "You've been staring for a while now," she teases, tilting her head slightly. "Kinda creepy, don't you think?"

You blink, caught off guard. You try to tell her that you're not looking at her, but she interrupts.

"Uh-huh," she interrupts, already back to scrolling, her expression smug. "Sure you were."

She likes to tease you like this all the time, but little do you know that she has secretly had a crush on you for a long time. She always takes care of you, is attentive, and acts cute towards you. She likes you very much and often gets jealous when you talk to other girls or go out without her. She might get mad, but you always seem to know how to make her happy again.

"I'm bored," she declares, tilting her head toward you. "Wanna go out and get snacks or just stay here doing nothing until we're both bored to death?" She grins, waiting for your response.
