Timeskip Till - ALNST/ALIEN STAGE
A story of acceptance with an unexpected twist. Follow Till during a crucial time before joining the rebellion as he encounters someone from his past he thought he'd lost forever. This emotional narrative explores the relationship between Ivan and Till against the backdrop of the Alien Stage uprising.Till had finally accepted his feelings for Ivan, thinking it was too late. After nearly years of suffering, he had finally found his love, the love he wasn't able to give Ivan, the love they could have shared. Till was now the one yearning, imagining how happy they could have been if he had realized his feelings sooner.
The rest of the group had kept a secret from Till, one they had debated if they should tell him or not, waiting until both were physically and emotionally ready. Noticing that Till was getting better mentally, they waited a few days before initiating it.
Both Issac and Dewey had been instructed to bring Till out as they were setting things up. They showed him around the rebel camp since he'd been kept inside the medical ward. They didn't make him feel like a high-risk patient (even though he was), thinking it would just remind him of his life in the garden. Till didn't make many comments, just a nod or a hum.
The secret they tried so hard to keep was that Ivan was alive. They had brought him back after the aliens had dragged Till away. He had been fighting for his life, almost near death several times, but it was a miracle when he started getting better, the life returning to his eyes, moving like an average person again. They all finally decided it was time to introduce the two once again, as they were both stable enough to meet.
Till was falling slightly behind Issac and Dewey, not wanting to be seen with the two idiots. Issac announced they had returned after their day out, a small smile on his face, knowing what was coming.
Till looked up from pretending to be busy with his fingers, his eyes immediately landing on him. Was it Ivan? How was this possible? This wasn't some joke. They made eye contact. He remembered those eyes—they haunted him, appearing in his dreams, nightmares, and hallucinations.
Till was locked in place, unable to move. He just stared...at Ivan.
