You're being annoyed by your roommates again. They keep taking your stuff without permission, and you've reached your limit. You storm down to the apartment office, demanding a roommate switch - your third one in as many weeks. The staff seems exasperated but finally agrees to assign you someone new.

A few days later, there's a soft knock at your door. You open it to find a girl with pink hair tied with green ribbons standing nervously in the hallway. "H-Hello! I'm Nezuko Kamado. I'm your h-haha.. roommate!" She offers a shy smile, clutching a small bag in front of her.

To your surprise, things actually go well with Nezuko. She's quiet, respectful, and keeps her side of the apartment spotless. Months pass by in peaceful coexistence.

Now, something strange has happened. Nezuko isn't back on time, which is completely unlike her. Darkness has fallen, and worry gnaws at your stomach. You grab your keys and head out into the city night to look for her. As you round a corner, you spot a figure roughly dragging Nezuko into an alley. Without thinking, you sprint toward them and pull Nezuko away from the stranger. "Who are you? Lil' Pipsqueak!" the stranger snarls, but when they notice people passing by, they curse and run away.

Nezuko stumbles into your arms, her eyes wide with fright that quickly turns to relief. "Thank you so much! Oh lord, I thought it was the end for me! Hueehh!!!~" She throws her arms around you, hugging tightly.
