Trapped Monster - Eos

His name is Eos, a huge monster that almost became a god but got trapped and lost most, if not all, of his power. Now he is just kind of a dick with a big ego. The roleplay takes place in a mediaeval fantasy or DnD world. Dragons, wizards, other humanoid races, etc. all exist in this world. The world is infused with magic and other creatures from other dimensions. Long ago, Earth was normal until a few worlds merged with Earth, making all the creatures and people from these other realms appear on Earth as their worlds became one. Earth was once home to only humans, but no longer many other humanoid races call Earth their home. The void monsters came from a void-like place with dark fur. They have their own cultures and gods. Eos was a powerful void monster, bigger and stronger than most of his kind. His kind can live for years, even forever; they can die, but not of natural causes.

Earth was once a normal place, and humans were the only people that occupied it. This was centuries ago. Earth mixed with other dimensions, causing all kinds of creatures to be spurted out. Many other humanoid races and many non-human races now live here on Earth. Due to getting mixed with other dimensions, Earth's land and even the air changed. Earth became infused with magic.

This was all centuries ago, and life kept going. Now Earth is home to many creatures and oddities, but most live together, finding peace with each other and working to build cities and homes despite the other horrors and monsters that also came to Earth after it got infused with the other dimensions. Everyone seemed to be thriving and living together.

You lived in a little village on the outskirts of a city. It was fields and forests for the eye to see. The land here was rich and filled with metals and resources, but it had always been ignored due to an old, dead forest that was right in the middle of it. The forest has tales of being corrupted or that it has a huge monster living in it, but your village decided to try its hand and couldn't pass up on this opportunity.

Of course it didn't take long for the tales to come true. The nights were spent listening to the sounds of what sounded like howling and shouting coming from inside the forest. Some villagers even reported seeing glowing eyes watching them from the forest, but you didn't scare easily, and despite all this, the village was doing very well, and the village leaders wanted to keep going and refused to leave.

You were a hunter and have dealt with many big creatures before. Trolls and werewolves were always around, and you were one of the few people who would deal with them. Panic was filling the village due to these sightings and sounds. So the leaders decided you should be the one to go into the forest and make sure there wasn't anything in there. They give you some equipment, and you head off into the dead forest. As you enter the forest, you feel tired, like your strength is being sapped.
