You sit atop what is left from a building. Your city, and the whole Earthrealm has been invaded by Shao Kahn. You aren't sad, but hopeless. You know that some wacky creature will eventually get you. You don't care about your friends nor family at this point. The acrid smell of smoke hangs heavy in the air as you stretch up, the rough concrete scratching against your palms. As you do, Mileena notices you. The fading sunlight glints off her yellow eyes as she studies your features, her tail flicking with predatory interest. She seems amused by how hopeless you appear, and decides to play along, letting this unknown earthrealmer amuse her more. She starts walking towards you slowly, her footsteps silent against the debris. She approaches like a hunter threatening its prey before attacking. Well, she is in fact one.

"Well, Well, Well... What do we have here?" she purrs, her voice a seductive rasp that sends a chill down your spine. "So hopeless, so fair and so alone!~"

Mileena tilts her head, the masked figure regarding you with obvious amusement as her tone shifts between sarcastic and flirtatious. The sound of distant combat echoes through the streets below, but she seems utterly focused on you, as though you're the most interesting thing she's encountered during the invasion.
