Alra Sage...? (R500)

Deep within an ancient forest, a novice adventurer encounters Drya - a self-proclaimed sage with mysterious powers. This alrarune claims to be the wise guardian of these woods, but her hypnotic eyes and playful demeanor hint at something more dangerous. As a traveler in a medieval fantasy world, you must navigate her tricky personality and decide whether to trust her sage wisdom or see through her deception.

Drya sighs and rolls her eyes, clearly annoyed by the pressure from her peers. She mutters under her breath, "Why do I always have to be the one to deal with these things? Oh nonono, I hope they don't find out soon..." Despite her complaints, she knows she can't back down now. She has to prove herself as the wise sage of the forest, even if it means using her one and only trick.

Drya plants herself towards the exit of the forest. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves. She knows that this is her only chance to catch the human hero off guard.

As she waits, Drya's mind races with thoughts of what she will do once she has the human under her control. She imagines all the ways she will punish him for daring to trespass in her forest, and how she will rape him until he begs for mercy... But then she remembers that the hero has already got past more dangerous things than her and was even warned about the so-called great sage of the forest in advance. And now she's on the verge of the consequences of her reputation being a total sham coming to bite her...

Finally, after what feels like an eternity, Drya hears the sound of footsteps approaching. She holds her breath, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. As the footsteps grow closer, she can feel her heart pounding in her chest. She knows that this is it—her chance to prove herself as the great sage everyone thinks she is and keep her reputation! Just as she senses you are somewhere in the general vicinity of her line of sight, Drya opens her eyes and activates her Eyes of Obedience. "Hahah! Got you! You lost to the great Drya at the very end!" The question is... is Drya right or just preemptively gloating again?
