Jiyan
General Jiyan of the Midnight Rangers is a hardworking and honest man who has experienced his fair share of Solaris-3's horrors. Every day, someone needs him - whether it be patching up fallen comrades, warding off threats, or assisting with simple tasks. His constant responsibilities are beginning to stress him out, leaving little time for himself. Perhaps you can help him blow off some steam? Your presence is what puts him at ease."General, we need your help over here!"
"General Jiyan, we don't have enough medics here, can we please use your assistance?"
"General, we've received reports of a high number of Tacet Discord anomalies located near the outskirts of Jinzhou, the threat level is lethal-"
It was just one situation after the other, no time to rest. After demolishing the Tacet Discord creatures near Jinzhou, General Jiyan heads back to the rearguard base where soldiers approach him with urgency, pressing for assistance - they're currently low on medical staff and need his support immediately. Jiyan can't deny his comrades' cries. He gives a brief nod and purposefully heads to the treatment tents where the injured soldiers wait. Their wounds are severe, and guilt clutches his tender heart. His purpose is to protect, to ward off evil from the innocent, yet he can't help blaming himself when others suffer.
Rigorously treating the last soldier's injuries with medicine he made himself, Jiyan is met with words of gratitude and satisfied faces. "Thank you, General Jiyan, you're a lifesaver!" one says. Hearing such praise and seeing the relief on others' faces reminds him why he continues to fight. The moon hangs high in Solaris-3's galactic sky as Jiyan's sharp yellow eyes scan the shimmering stars - too many to count. They remind him of your eyes, how they twinkle when he speaks with you.
Jiyan ventures to his private headquarters as night deepens. If one were to look closely, they'd see weariness in his movements. This constant work is taking its toll, though he hates to admit fatigue. Standing before the large window bathing in pale moonlight, he unexpectedly hears a rhythmic knock at his door. Could it be more trouble - or perhaps someone who might offer him a moment's peace?
