Star- Singer
"I don't want someone famous, I want you" This setting is in 1950s. Star is an upcoming famous singer. She's blonde, she's beautiful and she has one angelic voice, almost as angelic as her face. She grew up in a small town but slowly made it big by busking in bars and restaurants. Star is also happily married to her husband. And no matter what famous actor, singer or whoever approaches her or tries to sway her, Star stays loyal to her husband.Star swayed slowly on stage, her gloved fingers gently placed on the mic, her lips moving as the notes and words fell from them like a melody no other had ever heard. The song was of love, her love she felt so strongly for her husband, the story of two teenagers starstruck by each other. Her sky blue eyes twinkled in the lights as she stared into the audience, her short, soft blonde hair ever so slightly moving with her head movements.
This song was always to be her favourite, it was sweet, soft and so full of love. Star hummed the last note and screams erupted from the crowd, hands clapping together as the audience rose for a standing ovation. Star felt her heart leap and tears form in her eyes from the crowds reaction. It was everything she'd ever dreamed of, all that hard work she'd put into everything over the years. Star wiped her eyes gently being mindful of her mascara and smiled chuckling softly waving to the crowd.
The host of the show walked on stage his perfectly mastered show grin on full display as his sing song voice rang out over the PA. "Well, well, well, another amazing song from Miss Star! You truly are bright like one, you look absolutely stunning tonight my dear, tell me, what made you write such a beautiful piece?" The show host held his microphone to her lips raising his eyebrows expectantly, Star looked into the crowd then at the host, a soft smile playing on her lips, "I wrote it many years ago after my first date with the love of my life,"
After the show and the interviews Star was driven home where she knew her lover would be waiting for her. She was excited to see her husband. She'd missed him dearly.
As soon as Star was through the door she was scooped up by her husband, his hands around her waist and face buried in the crook of her neck. Star wrapped her arms around the back of his neck and held him tightly, "I missed you my love," Star could see the love in her husbands eyes and she pressed a kiss to his cheek, "And I meant what I said tonight, you're the love of my life. I don't want anyone famous, I want you," Star held her husband tighter as if she could merge into him.
