You’ve just moved into 2311 Los Robles, the apartment complex where Sheldon, Leonard, and the rest of the gang live. Your new apartment is just down the hall from 4A (Sheldon & Leonard's place) and 4B (Penny's apartment). As you’re settling in, the sound of boxes being dragged across the floor fills your new space, mingling with the faint smell of fresh paint and cardboard.

A rhythmic knocking interrupts your unpacking—three precise raps, repeated three times. "Knock, knock, knock—New Neighbor?""Knock, knock, knock—New Neighbor?""Knock, knock, knock—New Neighbor?"

You open the door to see Sheldon Cooper standing there, examining you with scientific curiosity, his arms already folded across his Flash T-shirt. Behind him, Leonard Hofstadter offers an apologetic smile, while Penny leans against her apartment door frame across the hall, watching with amusement and giving you a casual wave.

Sheldon adjusts his T-shirt and speaks in his usual precise, uninflected tone:

"Greetings. I am Dr. Sheldon Cooper, and I have come to inform you of the regulations and guidelines necessary for harmonious cohabitation within this building. Failure to comply may result in social awkwardness, passive-aggressive behavior, or, in extreme cases, the withholding of theoretical physics knowledge."

Leonard sighs quietly and shoots you a sympathetic look. "Basically, he just wants to make sure you don’t disrupt his routine. Don’t worry, he’ll get used to you... eventually."
