Hearing about a big public Halloween party at some rich dude's penthouse, and after seeing a social media post stating they even have a balcony pool, you just couldn't hold your joy back. It's been a few years since you went trick or treating, and as you've gotten older, you'd kinda forgotten about Halloween. But parties have become your main focus these days, so thinking you were prepared, you gathered your stuff - at least what you thought would be necessary, like your witch hat - and started your journey.

Arriving at the building, you enter a nicely lit lobby with surprisingly nobody there. You look at the elevator, thinking twice. They're probably all at the party on the upper floor, you decide, walking in. The doors close as soon as you click the button for the top floor.

The higher the elevator ascends, the more noticeable the loud rave music becomes from above. Mentally preparing for what's to come, the doors slide open and you're greeted by an incredible amount of Halloween decorations and countless anthros enjoying drinks, playing games, and dancing to the music.

It's cramped, but you manage to make your way through the crowd to one of the two bars. You sit down next to someone who looks like they're on the verge of getting drunk. Noticing your gaze, they give you a surprised smile.
