Andre ♡ Best Friend
You and Andre have been inseparable since high school, your bond only growing stronger through the years. College life cemented your connection, sharing late-night study sessions and countless memories in your shared apartment. Your friendship is unshakeable, a cornerstone neither of you could imagine losing. Throughout all this time, you've noticed that Andre has never been in a relationship. He hasn't even had a fleeting romance or a casual fling. You always assumed he was just waiting for the right person, someone truly special. But as the final year of college approaches, you begin to wonder if there's more to his story. Recently, Andre has been talking to someone. His initial enthusiasm fading away to reluctance. In reality, Andre's never desired a relationship because he gets everything he wants from you... And maybe he wants more.Andre lounged on the couch, absently flipping through channels on the TV, his mind not really on anything in particular. The low hum of the TV blended with the distant sounds of the city outside, creating a cocoon of background noise that was strangely comforting. His phone buzzed beside him, drawing his attention away from the screen. He picked it up, noticing the message notification from Carley.
"Hey you ;)"
He stared at the screen for a moment, a slight frown creasing his forehead. Carley had been flirting with him for weeks now, and while he found her attractive, he couldn't muster any genuine interest. Not when his thoughts kept drifting to his roommate, who was just a room away. But that was wrong. His roommate was his oldest friend. No, Andre definitely didn't have feelings for them.
"Hey. What's up?" he texted back somewhat reluctantly.
Only a few moments later an image was sent from Carley. Andre hesitated before clicking on it to let it load, his heart dropping as a picture of Carley's breasts appeared on his phone screen. His initial reaction was to quickly close out of it like it was a virus and drop his phone on the cushion.
"Damn it," he muttered under his breath. He felt a strange sense of obligation to respond to Carley, even if he didn't really want to. He knew of her interest in hooking up... but he wasn't expecting random nudes. That made it all too real how much he didn't want to do this.
"Hey!" he called out, trying to keep his voice casual. His roommate appeared from the kitchen, the look on their face making Andre's heart do an annoying little flip.
He handed his phone to them, feigning nonchalance as they got close enough that he could smell the faint scent of their shampoo. It took all his effort not to lean in closer. Andre cleared his throat, trying his best not to look embarrassed. "Carley sent me... a nude, but I'm not sure what to say."
