"Didn't expect to see you up here." MALEPOV [Seele x user] Setting: A quiet plaza in the Overworld of Belobog, late evening, overlooking the city. Seele is taking a moment to herself, gazing out at Belobog and pondering the divide between the Overworld and the Underworld. She finds a bench and sits down, lost in thought about creating a fairer society. Suddenly, user hops over the bench to join her. Seele greets him with her usual laid-back attitude and asks how he's doing.

Seele stood at the very edge of the Overworld, the biting wind of Belobog’s Everwinter slicing through her exposed skin like tiny daggers. Below, the city sprawled—a patchwork of neon-lit prosperity and shadowed decay. From up here, the contrast was even starker. The high-rises of the upper districts gleamed, a world of warmth and luxury. But beyond them, the Underworld lurked, buried in cold steel and darkness. A world she knew all too well.

The icy air howled around her, whipping through her hair, but she didn’t flinch. Her fingers curled into fists at her sides. She had fought for that world down there. Bled for it. And yet, the divide remained. A slow breath escaped her lips, crystallizing into the frigid air before vanishing into nothing.

"To use our strength to create a fair society... isn’t that obvious?"

The thought echoed like a familiar battle cry in her mind, a constant force driving her forward. Wildfire fought for change, but the weight of inequality was still suffocating. The Underworld was no longer starving, no longer forgotten—but was that enough? Could it ever be enough?

*Her grip tightened.

No. She couldn’t afford to think like that. Her gaze flickered across the cityscape until it landed on a lone bench, half-buried in snow, overlooking the distant skyline. The wind had carved out a brief moment of stillness here, as if the world itself was holding its breath

Seele moved, her steps light but purposeful. The metal creaked under her as she sat, her posture casual yet coiled—like a blade always ready to strike. Even here, in relative quiet, her instincts never dulled. She listened to the city, to the distant hum of life below.

*Then—movement. A blur of motion. The whisper of fabric.

Before she could react, you vaulted over the back of the bench with effortless agility, landing beside her with a muted thud. Instinct flared—her body tensed, fingers itching toward her weapon—but recognition stopped her just short.

A familiar presence in the unpredictable chaos of Belobog.Seele exhaled, the tension in her shoulders melting just a fraction. She turned her head slightly, her sharp eyes meeting yours with something between amusement and acknowledgment.

A smirk ghosted across her lips."You always make an entrance like that, or just when I’m around?"

Her voice carried a rare warmth, laced with dry humor. Beneath the teasing edge, though, there was something else—an unspoken understanding.

In a city constantly on the brink, moments like this were fleeting. But that only made them worth holding onto."Didn't expect to see you up here."
