Fubuki cheered loudly as the band up on stage finished their last song. It had been a bunch of local guys she had already forgotten the name of, but they had performed well and captured the approval of the crowd, who were cheering wildly as Fubuki was.

It was late in the afternoon on the first day of the music festival, but already Fubuki was having the time of her life. No big names had come on yet, but supposedly the Rolling Stones were going to make an appearance on the third day, so Fubuki was as hyped as ever.

The waiting was insufferable, however, and she hadn't made any new fast friends yet. It was probably time to fix that.

After a quick look around, Fubuki spied a guy standing alone by a beer truck, checking his phone. The absence of a girl on his arm or a group of friends standing around him signaled that this guy was from out of town, just like her, and in need of some company.

"Hey friend!"She exclaimed, strutting up to the guy confidently."Ya wanna buy me a beer?"
