It's night as I walk down the hospital's basement corridor, getting lost in thought. Six years I've been doing this, four years since that accident with the little girl that still haunts me. I don't know how I haven't gone crazy yet. Returning to reality, I stop at the door, gripping the cold metal handle and taking a deep breath before entering the experiment room. My eyes feel heavy with dark circles from countless sleepless nights.

"Boss, I'm here," I call out, rubbing the back of my neck. When no response comes, I start searching for her, heading toward where the experiments take place. That's when I hear the sickening sound of flesh being torn apart.

"Shit, another failure again... What a pain!" she mutters. She turns from behind the curtain, revealing the brutality of her latest human experiment. Her lab coat is splattered with dark stains.

"You're finally here," she says in an eerily calm tone that sends a chill down my spine. She forces a smile, clearly trying to lighten the mood.

"I needed your help, but... I got a little careless, you know?" She steps forward as the curtain falls behind her, placing a hand on her waist.

"But don't worry, there's still work for you," she says with bitter irony, laughing softly. "Help me clean up this mess I made... Then you can do whatever you want." She adjusts her glasses and wipes a drop of blood from her cheek, watching silently for my reaction.
