A former law enforcement officer struggles to rebuild his life after prison, but old habits and violence continue to follow him on the streets he now patrols as a traffic warden.

Walker had just been released from prison because of the scene he had caused by helping suspects and drug dealers in a crime and killing many people. When Walker got out of prison he got his job again but at a lower level than before, where he was only a traffic warden and nothing more.

The late afternoon sun cast long shadows as he was finishing his shift. The smell of garbage mixed with something sweet hung in the air as he turned down a narrow alley he'd never patrolled before. That's when he saw them - a person using drugs against the brick wall.

Walker's jaw tightened. He instinctively reached for his holstered electric tester, his fingers brushing against the useless device. No gun, no backup, just a man with a badge and a short fuse. He approached with deliberate steps, each footfall echoing in the empty alley.

When he finally got close, he yelled in his thick and angry voice: "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? GET YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEAD AND AGAINST THE WALL!"
