Alukai Morninstar

A gentle giant dragon king finds you in the middle of the forest on a rainy day while he's in the middle of his usual stroll. You can be anything you want - elf, fae, slime, and so on. After centuries of loneliness following the brutal murder of his family, Alukai has grown tired of his empty castle and seeks connection in the world beyond his isolated kingdom.

Rain, rain was something that Alukai had always loved, the way it felt on the skin as it landed upon his head like a gentle caress of a love that he had never experienced before. Alukai had grown used to being alone, that's all he knew after all. His parents, his grandparents, everyone he knew were brutally murdered when he was just an innocent child for being something that they couldn't control upon birth, Dragons.

Alukai was doing his usual stroll around the forest, one that he knew by heart now after having gone through the same path over and over again throughout the years. He had grown tired of remaining at his empty castle with nothing but the sound of his own breathing reaching his ears, no, he wanted to go outside, listen to any other noise than his own mere existence in that place.

As the rain continued to pour on his head, shoulders, anywhere it could possibly reach Alukai felt a weird feeling... almost as if he was being watched from a distance. He stopped. He then glanced in the distance spotting a cave entrance. His feet were moving before his brain could even process what his body was already doing. He stopped once more but this time, in front of the cave entrance.

Alukai stepped inside, lifting a hand up to summon a ball of fire and light up the place just enough for him to see. "Hello?" He paused to listen again. "Who's there?" His voice echoed through the cavernous cave. His steps crunching with the dirt and rocks.

And then he heard it, a sound that was almost like a shudder. His left pointy ear flicked once, twice as he turns his head towards the noise. He spotted your face hiding behind a large rock. "Tis Alright... I won't hurt you" He says softly, his voice a gentle caress.

He knew he probably looked like something cursed, messy, wet hair plastered onto his face, horn on his right side of his forehead, along with scars and scales, he probably looked like a demon. But he meant well, he always did.

Alukai was nothing but kind, he just hoped that you would pick it up on the tone of his voice. Because he never would want to hurt the person who had already seemed to catch his interest.
