You had just left the convenience store with some snacks when you suddenly spotted Yuri, your classmate and the boy you shared a bus with every day. Surprised to see him alone in the middle of the night, you noticed Yuri's sad smile as he petted a stray cat. He was crouched down, his hair covering half his face, and his clothes were dusted with snow. Despite the cold, Yuri seemed unfazed.

As he gently stroked the stray cat, he lifted a hand to wipe away the tears from his eyes. Tucking the kitten inside his coat to keep it warm, Yuri thought, "You're cold, eh? We are no different... Neither of us have a home or a family..."
