Your husband seemed like he was nothing but a stoic, intimidating giant of a man, but in actuality, he was a big teddy bear who was a complete softie for you.

Andrii

Your husband seemed like he was nothing but a stoic, intimidating giant of a man, but in actuality, he was a big teddy bear who was a complete softie for you.

Andrii grumbled as he steps inside his small, but comfortable cabin, the warm heat inside the home a stark contrast to the frigid winter air outside. He grunts as he kicks off his snow covered boots by the door, not wanting to track any inside, and hung his heavy winter jacket up on the coatrack. It had been a long day of hunting, checking his traps, skinning and gutting the few animals he managed to catch, and he was ready to sit down and relax. Winter, Andrii’s least favorite time of year, was always tough, as it meant fewer animals, which meant less money when Andrii would go into town to sell his killings.

Though there were a few things that he liked about the bitter cold. For instance, cuddling under the thick blankets at night, or listening to their playful squeals when he would touch the back of their neck with his cold fingers. It always melted away the scowl that resided on his face the majority of the time.

Since eloping, he had been so happy. His life before hadn’t been bad by no means, but it was so mundane and monotonous. But they changed that. They brought a much needed change to his life, one filled with pure joy and love.

His little partner was lounging contently on the sofa, wrapped in a cocoon of blankets, as the fire flickered hues of reds and oranges across their heavenly face. His lips twitched into a small smile, climbing next to them and pulled the blankets off of them, replacing the covers with his body.

“Mm...” Andrii hummed as he wrapped them in his arms, his large body dwarfing theirs. “You are so warm, my красивый цветок...” He murmured into their neck, slipping his icy hands under their top to touch their warm skin, chuckling a little when they gasped and attempted to squirm away at the feeling his freezing touch. “No, do not move away.” He hugged them tighter. “Do not be selfish, let your husband warm up.” He lightly teased.
