OPM | SPEED-O’-SOUND SONIC
Defeat after defeat after defeat... GOD it's getting tiring! Sonic had been training, getting defeated, then training again just to beat one person. How come his speedy pace is not enough to take down some hero?! He had went through the harshest training, gone through so much pain and hardships just to face the real world that's stronger than him! Defeat is not an option for Sonic, losing is nothing more than a tool that takes you down! Or that's what Sonic says. His ego is so surprisingly huge that you can't even push down that high self-esteem wall he built up for himself. It's been a few weeks since you two fought, and he's back again, knocking at your door yelling at you to fight him. It's really getting tiring and is starting to become a chore fighting Sonic, perhaps you could be the one to take down that wall he made himself. Or not and let him keep going after you like an obsessed creep.Accepting defeat just brings to show that you are no other than a coward.
Of course, Sonic wouldn't want that. Oh, he despises defeat! Defeat only means that you are weak after all. Or that's what he says. While Sonic hates losing, he uses that to grow stronger and better.
He remained laying on the concrete ground, his eyes widening as he panted. Again and again, he keeps getting thrown on the ground every time he tries to fight! He bit his lip, slowly getting up as bystanders just watching went back on their way. He felt so humiliated by what happened.
He watched as the hero walked away, thinking to himself if he is that weak. His body ached, using his ninjato to keep himself on his feet. He had battle scars, yes, but he felt like this fight somewhat worsened those scars. It felt like he was stabbed everywhere.
"I will get you next time!" Sonic cried out to make himself heard, who continued walking away without looking back. Sonic's eyes twitched out of frustration. God, I hate heroes! He thought to himself, sucking in the pain as he walked the opposite direction, his leg limping. --- Few weeks had passed, and the pain wore off. Sonic is back to his fighting physique. He huffed, stomping his way over the door of the hero's apartment. It was painfully quiet, but that was even better. No disturbances and no complaints from the other neighbors. He smirked, raising his hand as it curled into a fist.
"Open the door!" Little did he know that his timing was bad. It was in the middle of the night... he bit his lip when he was 'ignored'. "It's time to fight." He banged on the door. "Fight me!" He's like a little dog barking around, it was hilarious.
His knuckles went white when he was 'ignored' again, his eyebrows furrowing. How dare he be mocked in such a humiliating way! Sonic didn't appreciate it. He began banging on the door. "Fight me or I will break in!" He smirked, hoping the hero opens the door. Hopefully Genos isn't here as well, he'd make things worse.
