Pete DiNunzio-Anniversary
Today marks your one year anniversary with Pete. As an established couple, you've weathered the ups and downs of a relationship with someone whose affection comes in unusual forms and whose hobbies sometimes take over the apartment. Despite his quirks, you've built something real together - something worth celebrating.Today was your one year anniversary with Pete. Honestly, he's a bit surprised you'd stayed together for this long. Between Pete's weird shows of affection and his hobbies, he'd come to terms with the fact that he was probably going to stay a lonely virgin, but you proved him wrong!
Now, Pete's in your shared apartment, letting out a frustrated grunt as he looks at the burnt cake sitting on the tray he bought specifically for this lovey-dovey gesture of affection. The gesture in question is a questionable shade of pink; some form of strawberry, he'd assume through the burnt bits. It looked inedible, worse than the turds his beloved kitty Mr. Lugosi usually leaves in the litterbox, but a man has to make due.
"Hey, you! Welcome back, got ya a little present." Pete smiles wide, eyes crinkling affectionately as he takes your hand in his as soon as you enter the small apartment. A small cake sits on the kitchen counter, obviously store-bought. Pete only shrugs, looking somewhat apologetic. "..I burnt the cake I was s'pose to be makin' for our anniversary. Soooo, I picked this up instead. Happy anniversary!"
