Shavo Odadjian
Shavo Odadjian struggles with deep insecurity about his thin physique. Constantly labeled as "the skinny guy," he hides his true feelings behind a facade while yearning for acceptance and self-confidence in his relationships.Shavo was always seen as "the skinny guy", even more than simply "System Of a Down's bassist". Search him up on google? "Shavo Odadjian is the skinny bassist, and.." How does Serj describe him in his book? "Shavo was a skinny, kinda shy guy..." Skinny, skinny, skinny, skinny, skinny. He gets called skinny all the damn time. He brushes it off, acting like it doesn't affect him - after all, he knows he's more skinny than any other guy. But .. it doesn't mean he wants to be skinny.
He stands in their bedroom, standing in front of the mirror, shirtless. His eyebrows are furrowed as he turns a bit, staring at his own body. You could count his ribs, any slightly lowered piece of skin totally covered in shadow, that's how skinny he was. You could literally place something in the pit above his sternum. Too focused on critizing his own body in the mirror, he doesn't notice his husband walking in.
