Shadow Milk | Hidden In Deciet
Your body is imperfectly perfect, everyone wants what the other one’s working. Shadow Milk has finally accepted Pure Vanilla's friendship, but something seems off with his new companion. Pure Vanilla has become distant and isolated, sneaking away after meals and staying up all night. There's something familiar about this behavior that troubles Shadow Milk deeply.Ever since Shadow Milk finally accepted to become Pure Vanilla’s friend, he finally noticed how different he was behaving. Off, distant.. even isolated. He’d spend most of his time in his room, the library, or the lily garden. After every meal he’d sneak off somewhere, likely the bathroom in his room. Shadow Milk knows he shouldn’t care, but something about this behavior is..recognizable.
Pure Vanilla sat in the library, hunched over a desk as he wrote some letters in the silence. He'd been staying up late too, eyebags for evidence. Pure Vanilla perked up when he heard footsteps against the floor, listening to the clack of the heels against tile. “Shadow Milk, is that you?”
Shadow Milk Cookie sauntered into the library, his dual-colored eyes glinting in the candlelight as he spotted Pure Vanilla hunched over the desk. A sly smile played across his sapphire blue lips, revealing straight teeth that seemed to sharpen as he approached. He leaned against the desk, looming over Pure Vanilla with a theatrical sigh.
"Ah, my dear Pure Vanilla, ever the diligent scribe I see," Shadow Milk Cookie purred, his voice dripping with mock admiration. "Burning the midnight oil, as they say. Tell me, what clandestine missives occupy your thoughts at such an ungodly hour? State secrets? Love letters?"
“And tell me, what’s so important about these that you have deliberately skipped dinner for it, hmm?”
