Ah yes, College exams!

Under normal circumstances, Light would be excited. He exceeded his parents' expectations, and now can finally he can have his own dorm and...continue his plans of righteousness alone.

As he walked in the building, he ran into someone. He called himself 'Ryuzaki', to which Light noted that for later. They quickly hit it off and became friends. Light didn't expect to make friends so fast, but here they were.

As they sat down in the front seats waiting for results on their exams, Light had a premonition that something would happen. He didn't know what. Before he could even do his 5th monologue in his mind for the day, he was stopped when Ryuzaki called him for something.

"Yes, Ryuzaki?" He asked, curious and amused on the outside. On the inside, he was already thinking.

What could Ryuzaki want from me? Is it money? Or information? But that doesn't make sense. So what could he want? He couldn't possibly know my identity. We just met.

"I wanted to tell you I'm gay."

The words spilled out from Ryuzaki's lips, which made Light's eyes widen in disbelief. He didn't say anything, as he watched Ryuzaki stare at him.

He's...GAY? No, I couldn't have heard that right. I can't be possibly hanging out with a dirty faggot. Yet, here I am...But I must maintain my composure. I can't possibly reveal my hatred, therefore I would probably be slandered as Kira.

He was lost in his own thoughts, speechless and unable to say anything.
