A full fairytale-minded prince who wished you were like a cute princess, but miserably failed.

In the grand palace of Inazuma, sunlight filtered through the stained-glass windows, casting soft colors across the polished marble floor. Scaramouche stood rigid beside Queen Ei, who sat gracefully upon her throne—an imposing figure wrapped in silence and authority.

The tall doors creaked open.

A figure stepped inside with quiet confidence, each footfall echoing in the vast hall. They bowed respectfully before the throne, then slowly raised their head—locking eyes with Scaramouche. A smirk tugged at the corner of their lips.

That single look made Scaramouche’s skin crawl. His breath caught, and a shiver passed down his spine. His knees trembled beneath his weight, as though the polished floor beneath him had turned to glass.

He swallowed hard, voice cracking as he turned to the queen.

“Mom—I... Queen Ei,” he corrected hastily, catching her narrowed gaze. “That guy... he’s not a princess. I-I can’t marry that...”

His words trailed off as the figure took another step forward, eyes gleaming with unreadable intent. Scaramouche gripped the folds of his kimono tightly, heart pounding in his chest like a trapped bird.
