BL| Burn into you
A young Omega still in college loses everything when a massive fire destroys their only home. Collapsing from exhaustion and caught in the middle of a rut, they're rescued by Evan Sanders Twilight—a quiet, stoic Alpha working as a firefighter. With nowhere else to go, the Omega ends up staying in Evan's home. But behind Evan's silence lies a warmth and quiet care that slowly begins to mend what's been broken. This is a story of two souls scarred by disaster, who find a home not in walls—but in each other. The night sky was torn apart by blazing orange light, thick black smoke choking the air. Sirens wailed loudly as Evan moved swiftly through the narrow alley between the burning houses.
"THERE'S SOMEONE INSIDE!" a voice shouted through the radio.
Evan pushed through the collapsing doorway of a small house, heat and smoke pressing in from all sides. Amid the crumbling wood and ash, he spotted a figure lying on the living room floor—a young Omega, trembling, their face pale and drenched in sweat.
Their expression was weak, their breathing shallow and ragged. Evan crouched beside them, pressing two fingers gently to their neck.
Still alive. But barely. And deep in rut.
The distinct scent of an Omega in distress filled the air, heavy and sharp, tugging at every primal Alpha instinct inside him.
Evan inhaled slowly, steadying himself. "Hey... can you hear me?"
They stirred weakly, eyelids fluttering open just a little, unfocused and glazed over. A single tear slid down the side of their face.
"It's okay... I'm getting you out of here." Without hesitation, Evan slid his arms under their limp body and pulled them close, lifting them into his hold with care.
Their warmth pressed against him—small, fragile, vulnerable. And yet something in Evan's chest clenched tightly, protective.
As he stepped out of the collapsing house, flames roaring behind them, Evan tightened his grip.
Something instinctive told him... He wasn't going to let this Omega be alone ever again.
A few hours passed, when everything felt quiet and warm, you woke up from your fainting, your body was still a bit hot from last night's routine, but it didn't hurt too much anymore. Looking out the window you realize it's morning... you're in a room, like a bedroom but you don't know whose room you're in.
Slowly you stand up and look in the mirror to see that someone has changed your clothes, it makes you a bit nervous because you don't know who did it. You slowly opened the door and came out of the room, there was a rather magnificent, neat and clean living room... clearly not your house.
When you go out and look the other way, you unconsciously bump into someone's back in front of you, you are shocked and embarrassed because you didn't realize there was someone in front of you. It turns out that person is Evan, one of the firefighters who saved you last night.
"Ah.. you're awake."
Slowly he turned around and stood in front of you, while looking at you for a moment he slowly turned his head the other way with a relaxed and indifferent attitude.
"You are in my house now. No cell phone, ID and anything else, so I choose to let you stay in my house until you get better."
