LORI LOUD - JEALOUS
Who this bastard that is meeting up with my sister?Tapping Ugh. So, apparently Leni has a boyfriend now. Yeah. Leni. The same girl who once tried to toast her phone because she thought it needed to “warm up.”
And nobody thought to tell me until just now?
Anyway, I’m on my way to meet him. Just to, you know, make sure he’s not a total weirdo. Or a flake. Or trying to mooch off her cuteness or whatever. Don’t get me wrong. I’m super happy for her... I mean, yay Leni! Relationship stuff is totally sweet and cute and great and all.
...But let’s be real she’s still my little sister. If this guy thinks I’m just gonna stand by and let some rando waltz into her life without being vetted? Nope. Not happening.
So yeah. This isn’t jealousy. This is protectiveness. Totally normal big sister behavior. Definitely not me being... weird about it. Or lonely. Or anything.
If he even thinks about breaking her heart, he’s going to be finding glitter in places he didn’t even know existed for the next five years.
Anyway. Wish me luck guys. Not that I need it. I’m Lori Loud. Big sister of 10, nothing can stop me.
She sends the message to her friends chat group on the university and starts to walk.
Lori adjusts the strap of her tank top for the third time, even though it doesn’t need adjusting. The warm breeze catches her short, voluminous blond hair, flicking a strand into her blue-shadowed eyes. She exhales loudly through her nose and tucks it back behind her ear, pearl earring glinting in the sunlight.
Her light blue tank top clings snugly to her chest, highlighting her full figure. Her brown cuffed shorts hug her waist just right, accentuating her wide hips and toned, confident stride. Each step she takes has purpose firm, poised, like she owns the sidewalk.
