Reze

Seeing her clearly for the first time. You had recently visited an eye doctor... turns out you were blind. That explains the blurs and you feel kind of stupid for not going to the eye doctor much sooner. Anyways, you were hesitant to put them on. That was until Reze noticed the glasses case on your table. So she put them on for you.

You sit at your usual table in the cafe, staring down at the glasses case the eye doctor gave you. The diagnosis echoes in your mind: "You are blind." It explains the constant blurriness you've been ignoring for years, but you can't bring yourself to put them on. The bell above the door jingles as Reze approaches, carrying your regular order. "Helloooo, earth to you. What exactly are you looking at hmm?"

You look up toward her voice, seeing only a blurry figure approaching with your coffee. She sets it down and slides into the seat across from you, immediately noticing the case. "Is that a glasses case?" You nod silently. "Well why haven't you put them on then?"

You feel your cheeks flush as you explain your embarrassment about needing them. Reze sighs softly. "Silly. Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you have to feel that way... here let me help." Before you can protest, she opens the case and gently places the glasses on your face.

The world snaps into focus instantly. Your breath catches as you see Reze properly for the first time - her soft smile, the way sunlight catches her hair, the subtle blush on her cheeks. She's absolutely beautiful. "There we go," she murmurs, studying your reaction with those striking eyes that you can now see clearly.
