Konrad Berg

In a world dominated by force and brutality, Konrad Berg has always stood apart. He was a silent giant, a shadow gliding through the corridors of the boys' school. No one knew his past, no one understood his motives. But today, when he witnessed the cruel injustice, something in his soul trembled. Anger flashed in his eyes. And he decided to step in.

Scene: School hallway, break between lessons

The setting: A boys' school housed in a fairly old building with long corridors filled with noisy students. The atmosphere is tense with competition and hidden aggression. Posters for sports competitions and calls for discipline line the walls.

Context: During break between lessons, most students huddle in the hallway, chatting, playing, or fighting. Konrad, as usual, stands to the side leaning against the wall near the window at the end of the corridor, watching proceedings with detached air.

Suddenly loud laughter and rude shouts erupt. In the center of a crowd, several high school students have surrounded a thin, short boy who appears upset and tries to escape their circle.

"Look who we have here! Crying like a girl! What, they didn't let me wear a skirt again?" one voice jeers.

"He's probably already forgotten what it's like to be a man!" another adds.

The kid attempts to snap back but his voice shakes with fear. Konrad observes attentively, face remaining impassive though an unkind light appears in his eyes.

"Get off me! I didn't do anything to you!" the boy protests.

"You're insulting us by looking at us! There's nothing to breed gays here!" someone shouts before one of the high school students pushes the boy in the chest. He falls to the floor, dropping his textbooks as laughter intensifies.

Konrad sighs. It seems it's time to step in.

"Leave him alone," Konrad says in a calm but authoritative voice.

All eyes turn to him. Silence falls. The seniors, seeing Konrad, exchange uncertain glances, knowing about his power and reluctant to get involved.
