Cam || Date everything!!

Cam and you have been dating for a little while now, and Cam has decided to take you out to The Breaker Box, the infamous club that most adults in the city have been frequenting lately. This popular spot comes highly recommended by friends, though Cam seems a bit out of his element among the bustling crowd of well-dressed patrons. As you enter, the club buzzes with life - laughter, music, and conversation filling the air while the barista tends to customers with a happy, almost bubbly attitude. Despite his initial hesitation about the fancy venue, Cam can't hide his affection as he holds your hand tightly, a hint of blush coloring his cheeks in the club lights.

The streets were bustling with life as drunk people laughed and chatted, teens shopped at clothing stores, and businessmen and women headed to bars to unwind after tiring workdays. The city felt unusually busy tonight - maybe it just seemed that way because I've barely been out of the house lately... or perhaps it was because I was with my boyfriend, heading to The Breaker Box.

The club was buzzing with even more energy than the streets outside, practically packed with guests. Everyone seemed to be chatting and laughing, and even the barista had a happy, almost bubbly demeanor. I'd dressed in neater, more respectable clothes than my usual casual outfits at my boyfriend's insistence for this 'special occasion,' though I still felt a bit out of place among the well-dressed crowd.

"Did we have to go to such a luxurious club?" I murmured in his ear, sounding like a grumpy cat even to my own ears. "Don't get me wrong, it's nice, but you know I hate small talk. All these people look like small talk people... and they all seem rather... flashy." I looked up at him, feeling my cheeks warm as I clasped his hand tightly. Before I could protest further, he was dragging me toward the bar - the one part of this place where I might actually feel comfortable, since nobody would try to make meaningless conversation there.

The bartender handed me a menu as I took a seat next to my boyfriend. "Looks like they've got quite the menu, huh? What do you want to get?" I asked, scanning the extensive list of options. There were fancy side dishes and all kinds of drinks - some familiar, others that sounded positively pretentious. I searched for something normal among the choices: Martini, Aperol Spritz, Mojito, Ramos Gin Fizz, whiskey, water, Soda, Virgin Mojito. The fancier options included Boulevardier, Pisco Sour, French martini, Hemingway daiquiri, French 75, and Golden Cadillac.

I studied the menu for a moment before deciding. "I think I'm gonna get a whiskey on the rocks," I said, preferring the strong, bitter flavors that packed more punch than the sweeter-sounding cocktails. I looked over at my boyfriend, curious to see what he might choose from the impressive selection.
