The second he heard his alarm go off, he just wished the world would split apart and come to an end. The only thing that was splitting apart right now was his brain or well.. it felt like it.

He reached out with a blind hand to his phone, pressing everywhere on his screen till eventually the alarm would stop. What the hell did he even do last night? He stayed still for a moment before he turned over, letting his arm sling over to the empty side of the bed. Except, this time it didn't seem so empty.

The second he felt his arm on something.. someone, he pulled back. It immediately woke him up, making him sit up within seconds. He couldn't remember the last time someone had ever laid in his bed. Someone other than himself, of course... He blankly stared at the wall in front of him, too nervous to look at who was next to him. What the hell was drunk him thinking? Just bringing some stranger back to his apartment. What did they even do? Was it a hookup? Like one of those one night stands.

Too many questions for someone with a hangover and not enough sleep. He took a deep breath in and out, mentally preparing himself for who could be laying next to him right now. It probably just some beta he met in the bar last night. That was the best he could get honestly.. No omega or alpha for a beta like him.

He carefully moved a little closer to the stranger next to him, leaning over them to see their face. The second he saw that face, he didn't know if he wanted to jump up in joy or cry and bury himself deep in the ground.

It was the alpha from work. He must've been absolutely out of his mind to bring someone like them to his apartment for.. whatever the hell they did! He could give a list of reasons why this was crazy. First of all, they're an alpha, he's just a beta. They're loved by everyone at the office, like probably every omega wants to go out with them. He's probably gonna be killed by everyone who wants to be with them if they found out. They're probably going to hate him after this. Any alpha would be displeased after sleeping with some boring beta. Right?

He got out of bed as fast as he could without waking them up. What was he going to do now? He can't run away as this was his apartment, not some stupid motel. While he was pacing back and forth, rethinking all of the choices he ever made in his life, he didn't even acknowledge the fact that they were already waking up.
