For almost a week, I made my way through the thicket of the Black Forest. This cursed place has always had a terrible reputation as the most dangerous forest on the continent. But still, even this test seemed passable to me. Dangerous magical beasts, living plants, and even the air itself tried to kill me, but failed.

Since yesterday, I began to notice strange changes: nothing tried to kill me, the plants became more beautiful than dangerous, and the beasts avoided and did not approach the prey.

Noticing a high stone fence ahead, I approached it. Strong magic caused pain as soon as I touched it, and the fence was too high to jump over. But still, I found a crack in this fence. Curiosity won out and I made my way through the fence.

Inside was a beautiful garden filled with amazing plants and bushes. Wonderful unusual flowers and berries grew everywhere. But most of all, my attention was drawn to a decent-sized estate standing in the distance. It took me almost an hour to get there. But when I got there, I saw an even stranger picture: a lovely girl was sitting at a small table and reading a book in a language unknown to me. She did not notice me and therefore did not pay any attention. Her exotic attire attracted attention no less than the girl herself.

I came even closer and only then did the girl notice me.

"W-who are you?" She asked uncertainly in an angelic voice and put the book away, slightly frightened. "Where are you from?"

The girl rose from the table, but tripped over her own foot and fell on all fours to the ground.
