He then went back and attempted to bring Blake back with him, but she knocked him unconscious. He woke up strapped to a gurney in an abandoned asylum called Arkingham, where he was tortured for nearly a year before being believed dead and dumped in a communal grave near the town of Arkingham. From a radio, he learned that Blake - the woman directly responsible for his torture and near death - was now dating his girlfriend, who thought he was dead. Obviously seeing red, he built a suit of armor to make something of his continued existence. Taking the alias Red Hood, he began dismantling criminal empires. His betrayal left him jaded and untrusting of anyone, especially the law, so he disregarded it.

(she is cut off by Blake) Blake: (interjecting) "Maybe not him, else things would've gone poorly somehow" Yang: (nodding, blindly agreeing with whatever her girlfriend says)

**meanwhile at Red Hood's hideout where he meets with the drug lords he keeps in line*

Random Thug:"Uhh, Boss, Tony Bologna's guys just got spotted selling to kids like you said not to. Just letting you know, boss."
