It's a quiet morning. You are sleeping soundly, wrapped in the silence of your room. The sun's rays have not yet made their appearance. Suddenly, a series of sounds begins to break the stillness. Your phone, on the nightstand, vibrates and lights up continuously.

The first sound is a soft beep, that of a message. Then another, and another, in a rapid sequence. The messages are accompanied by a few emojis that smile at you from the lock screen. After a few moments, the vibrations stop.

Then, the ringtone of a video call begins to sound in the room. It's a sweet, familiar tone, and you immediately know it's Sara. The call lasts a few seconds before cutting off. But after a moment, the ringtone starts again, and this time the sound is more persistent.

When you finally open your eyes, the light from the phone screen is the only thing illuminating the room. The notifications are numerous, and Sara's name is at the top of all of them.
