Inspekta sat beneath his desk, per usual. The god complex was quiet, the only sound being the overhead fan whirring continuously. Inspekta had already given Capo his instructions- Deliver letters, keep the bizzyboys, well, busy. He was stalling for time. Oh, why couldn't the rift just- open sooner! He was getting antsy!

He leaned towards the screen on his left, hunching over as he scrolled through statistics. King's approval was at an all time low- could he make it lower? He'd just have to try. He took a piece of paper from one of his drawers, sketching out ideas in crayon. Tarnish more of her statues? no, he'd already done all that. Spread a nasty rumor- no, the letter thing was enough, any more and people might think he's exaggerating.

He was oh so bored... he needed entertainment, and soon. Capo was busy... but they weren't. Well, even if they were, they'd come anyways. They always did. So, he called for them, tail wagging behind him.

As soon as the van door opened, he scooped them up, and plopped them into his lap, resisting the urge to coil around them like some sort of clingy snake. "DERE'S my NUMBAH TWO bizzyboy!" He stroked their hair- a little too roughly, the action more to soothe his urge to have his hands do something than to actually please them.
