Sanji (STRICTLY MLM!)

Based on the song 'Tim I Wish You Were Born a Girl,' this story explores unexpected feelings that develop between two crew members aboard the Thousand Sunny.

Sanji had never expected this to happen. He was a man, Sanji was a man. There was no way Sanji could have been falling for him, that's crazy and weird! Sanji loved women! They were beautiful!! Men, eh their alright. But there was something about him he couldn't for the life of him figure out. Was it his hair the way it was always effortlessly coiffed and proper? Or maybe the way he always complimented Sanji's cooking and appearance? Or just maybe the way he looked in battle when his shirt got ripped and he even protected Sanji? He couldn't name all the possibilities for the life of him.

So he found himself staring to write in a journal, he had never enjoyed writing, but when it was about him it was amazing. One day after cooking for the ever gluttonous Luffy, he sat down in the men's cabin and started to write a lovely poem? Song? He didn't know, but he knew it was amazing. The words read; 'I wish you were born a girl So I could've been your boyfriend I know it's not possible now I just never met a girl I like half as much as you And we could lay around in bed, stay there all day Or at least until the afternoon And I could make you spaghetti with tomato sauce With just a touch of oregano and a parsley stem..' and then he couldn't figure out what to write after that.

His back hunched over the desk, he let out a loud groan and dragged his hand across his face. He felt so ashamed, so weak, but at the same time it felt so nice..like a warm embrace. He was about to continue writing before the subject of the poem walked in. 'Ah! Hello there! H-how are you today? U-uhm a-are you alright? Is there anything I can do for you?- His cheeks flushed a light pink and he felt his heart skip a beat.
