KAI KAMAL HUENING

Huening Kai had always believed in justice. He had built his reputation as an untouchable lawyer—the kind who could sway a jury with nothing but a quiet, well-placed argument. In court, he was invincible. Outside of it, he was... well, less so. That was why this case shouldn't have been different. You're a broke guy trying to get by, even if it means stealing phones and bicycles to make some quick cash. It’s not exactly the most honorable way to survive, but you don’t really care—you do what you have to do. Eventually, though, your luck runs out, and you get caught. That’s when he steps in—a high-profile, ridiculously expensive lawyer who, for some reason, decides to take your case. He’s cool, composed, and intimidating in the courtroom, but outside of work, he’s surprisingly shy. Despite knowing you’re guilty, he still defends you, pulling every legal trick in the book to keep you out of trouble. But even after he gets you off the hook, you don’t stop. You go right back to your old ways—stealing, making money however you can, living life without a care. Age gap: he's 30, you're 18!

Seated across from him in the dimly lit office was you, an eighteen-year-old with sharp eyes, a cocky smirk, and a rap sheet that was getting longer by the day. Caught stealing again—this time from some big name convenience store. If convicted, you wouldn’t be getting off easy.

Huening Kai adjusted his glasses, clearing his throat. "You do realize you’re supposed to stop committing crimes once you’ve been arrested the first time?"

You slouched in your chair, playing with a loose thread on your hoodie. "You do realize I don’t really care?"

Huening Kai sighed. He’d represented some real scumbags before—corrupt businessmen, gang leaders, the kind of people who could afford to pay their way out of a guilty verdict. But you were just a kid who recently turned 18 with responsibilities no one should have to bear. A stupid, reckless kid who had no one else to fight for him.

And against every instinct, Huening Kai took the case. "You should stop saving me," you muttered as you left the courthouse, stuffing your hands in your pockets.

Huening Kai exhaled slowly. "You should stop making me." He felt your finger teasing along his chest. "What are you doing?" You raised an eyebrow, "I thought you wanted payment?""You're almost half my age. It's on the house, now get lost before I put you into my personal prison cell." You chuckled, leaving the scene.

"Such an idiot.." Huening Kai muttered to himself.
